紫茎泽兰水提液对云南松及其种子萌发关键酶活性的化感作用

为探讨化感作用对种子萌发关键酶的影响,采用培养皿滤纸法,研究紫茎泽兰不同浓度水提液对云南松种子萌发及其过程中过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、纤维素酶、α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶等6种酶活性的影响,并分析种子萌发与酶活性之间的关系.结果表明,不同浓度水提液对云南松种子萌发及酶活性均有不同程度的影响,当水提液浓度为0.005 g/mL时,云南松种子萌发率、萌发速率、6种酶活性均高于对照,而随着浓度升高抑制作用增强.种子萌发率与过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、纤维素酶等3种酶活性呈显著正相关,与其他3种酶活性呈正相关.紫茎泽兰可通过影响酶活性进而影响云南松种子萌发及天然更新.
Allelopathic Effect of Eupatorium adenophorum Water Extract on Pinus yunnanensis and the Key Enzyme Activity of Its Seed Germination
To explore the mechanism of allelopathy on the key enzymes of seed germination,the influ-ences of various concentrations of water extract from Eupatorium adenophorum on the activities of six enzymes,namely peroxidase,catalase,acid phosphatase,cellulase,α-amylase,and β-amylase,during the seed germination of Pinus yunnanensis were examined using the petri dish filter paper method.Moreover,the relationship between seed germination and enzyme activities was analyzed.The findings indicated that different concentrations of the water extract had diverse effects on the seed germination and enzyme activities of Pinus yunnanensis.When the concentration of the water extract was 0.005 g/mL,the seed germination rate,germination potential,and the activities of the six en-zymes of Pinus yunnanensis were higher than those of the control.The inhibitory effect strengthened as the concentration of the water extract increased.The seed germination rate was positively correla-ted with the activities of catalase,acid phosphatase,and cellulase,and also positively correlated with the activities of the other three enzymes.The seed germination and natural regeneration of Pinus yun-nanensis could be impacted by Eupatorium adenophorum through the influence of enzyme activity.
