倒刺狗尾草叶绿体基因组特征及系统发育分析

为了对倒刺狗尾草叶绿体基因组的基本特征和系统发育进行分析,本研究对倒刺狗尾草的叶绿体基因组进行了测序,并对测序结果进行组装、注释和特征分析,并以拟南芥为外类群,利用15种已知叶绿体基因组的禾本科植物构建系统发育树.结果表明,倒刺狗尾草叶绿体基因组总长度为138 946 bp,总GC含量为38.5%,共注释得到131个基因,包括83个CDS基因、40个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因.密码子偏向使用A/T结尾的密码子.倒刺狗尾草检测到60个简单重复序列(SSR),A-T重复较多.通过系统发育分析得知,倒刺狗尾草与蒺藜草亲缘关系最为密切.
Analysis on the Characteristics and Phylogeny of Chloroplast Genome of Setaria verticillata
In order to analyze the basic characteristics and phylogeny of the chloroplast genome of Setaria verticillata,in this study the chloroplast genome of Setaria verticillata was sequenced,with the sequencing results assembled,annotated and characteristics analysed.In addition,15 species of grasses with known chloroplast genomes were used to construct phylogenetic trees with Arabidopsis thaliana as exotaxa.The results showed that the total length of chloroplast genome was 138 946 bp,the total GC content was 38.5%,and a total of 131 genes were annotated,including 83 CDS genes,40 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes.Codons tend to use codons ending in A/T.60 simple repeat sequences(SSRS)were detected in Setaria verticillata,and A-T repeats were more frequent.Phylogenetic analysis showed that Setaria verticillata was most closely related to Cenchrus echinatus.
