豫西北芸豆种质资源主要农艺性状分析及综合鉴定评价

地方品种的精准鉴定是其高效利用的前提,本研究通过统计分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等对豫西北地区特色芸豆种质资源进行精准鉴定,筛选出可用于评价芸豆种质资源的农艺性状及综合表现良好的种质.结果表明,不同种质资源各农艺性状之间存在很大差异,与产量相关性状的遗传差异最大,嫩荚、种子次之,叶片遗传差异最小;主成分分析共提取4个主成分,累积贡献率达83.704%,其中主成分1可用于选育长荚型或嫩荚型芸豆,主成分2可用于选育宽荚型或籽用型芸豆,主成分3可用于选育长叶型芸豆,主成分4可用于选育多荚型芸豆;综合得分排名前7的分别是东河76、侯岭83、西门6号、大店90、张河77、卫河97、三教82;聚类分析后类群Ⅰ与综合排名前7的品种重合,其单株荚数多、结实力强、嫩荚长且肉厚、产量高且籽粒多.另外,类群间各性状占比与各种质资源性状间变异系数的变化规律一致,表明变异系数既是反映生物多样性的重要指标,也可作为资源分类的重要依据.
Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation on Main Agronomic Characters of Phaseolus vulgaris Germplasm Resources in Northwest of He'nan Province
The accurate identification of local varieties is the prerequisite for their efficient utilization.In this study,statistical analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to accurately identify the characteristic Phaseolus vulgaris germplasm resources in northwest He'nan,and the germplasms that could be used to evaluate the agronomic traits and comprehensive performance of Phaseolus vulgaris germplasm resources were selected.The results showed that there were great differences in agro-nomic traits among different germplasm resources,the genetic differences of yield related traits were the largest,followed by tender pod and seed,and the genetic differences of leaves were the least.Four principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 83.704%.Principal component 1 could be used for breeding long pod or tender pod Phaseolus vulgaris,prin-cipal component 2 could be used for breeding wide pod or seed Phaseolus vulgaris,principal component 3 could be used for breeding long leaf Phaseolus vulgaris,and principal component 4 could be used for breeding multi-pod Phaseolus vulgaris.The top 7 overall scores were Donghe76,Houling83,Ximen6,Dadian90,Zhanghe77,Weihe97 and Sanjiao82;After cluster analysis,group Ⅰ overlapped with the top 7 varieties in the overall ranking,which had high pod number per plant,strong bearing strength,long tender pod and thick meat,high yield and large kernel.In addition,the proportion of traits among groups was consistent with the variation coefficient among traits of various quality resources,indicating that the variation coefficient was not only an important index reflecting biodiversity,but also an important basis for resource classification.
