本研究利用10种与表型性状有关的44个高通量KASP(Kompetitive allele specific PCR)分型标记技术,检测了117份新疆小麦地方品种的表型、品质、面粉色泽、籽粒蛋白质含量、粒重、抗逆、抗病等相关基因.结果表明,Ppd-D1光周期位点检测到非敏感材料116份.春化、矮杆基因位点检测中,冬性材料比例97%以上,矮化基因比例96%以上.Glu-A3和Glu-B3的标记检测中,高筋材料的比例仅占1%.有利等位基因Psy-B1中被检测出低黄色素材料,占95.7%;Pds-B1和Psy-A1基因中,以高黄色素材料为主.NAM-A1检测出品质相关A1b、A1d类型材料116份.GCP_DUP标记鉴定携带低分子量谷蛋白亚基的材料占97%以上.抗病相关基因中,以抗叶锈病的材料为主.113份材料检测为抗穗发芽类型.
Abstract
This study using 10 kinds of phenotypic traits about 44 high-throughput KASP(kompetitive allele specific PCR)type markers,the phenotype,quality,flour colour and lustre,grain protein con-tent,grain weight,stress resistance,disease resistance genes of 117 Xinjiang local wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)cultivars were tested.The results showed that 116 non-sensitive materials were detected at the photoperiod site of Ppd-D1.In the detection of vernalization and dwarf gene loci,the proportion of winter materials was more than 97%,and the proportion of dwarfing genes was more than 96%.In the detection of Glu-A3 and Glu-B3 labeling,the proportion of high reinforcement materials accounted for only 1%.Low yellow pigment material was detected in the favorable allele Psy-B1,accounting for 95.7%;Pds-B1 and Psy-A1 genes were mainly high yellow pigment materials.NAM-A1 detected 116 quality related A1b and A1d materials.More than 97%of materials carrying low molecular weight glutenin subunits were identified by GCP_DUP labeling.Among the genes related to disease resist-ance,the materials resistant to leaf rust were the main ones.113 materials were found to be anti-sprouting types.
