摘要

以云南省文山、楚雄、普洱等地对叶百部种子为材料,参照GB/T 3543-1995《农作物种子检验规程》,研究对叶百部种子质量检验方法.结果表明,种子净度分析最少试验量为75 g,送检样品量不少于750 g;真实性鉴定采用种子外观形态比较;质量测定采用百粒法;水分含量测定采用高恒温(130±2)℃烘干5 h;种子生活力测定采用TTC染色法,0.5%TTC溶液,25 ℃染色24 h;光照12 h条件下以纸床作为发芽床进行发芽试验,试验计数时间为15~45 d.

Abstract

The seed quality inspection method was studied by using the Stemona tuberosa Lour.seeds from Wenshan,Chuxiong and Pu'er of Yunnan Province as materials and referring to GB/T 3543-1995'Inspection Rules for Crop Seeds'.The results showed that the minimum test amount of seed clar-ity analysis was 75 g,and the sample size was not less than 750 g.The authenticity was determined by the comparison of seed appearance and morphology.The quality was determined by hundred-particle method.The moisture content was determined by drying at high constant temperature(130±2)℃ for 5 hours.The seed viability was determined by TTC staining method with 0.5%TTC solution at 25 ℃ for 24 hours.The paper bed was used as the germination bed under the condition of 12 hours light,and the counting time of the test was from 15 to 45 days.
