西洋参DUS测试性状筛选与分级研究

为筛选适宜用作国内西洋参品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试(DUS测试)的性状及分级方法,以51份西洋参种质资源为研究材料,经表型观测、统计分析等方法对34个性状进行筛选,并对筛选后的数量性状进行分级.经变异分析、正态性检验及相关性分析,共筛选出26个适宜用作DUS测试的性状,包含7个质量性状、2个假质量性状、17个数量性状,并利用主成分分析法从中挑选出6个分组性状.采用最小显著差异(LSD)分级法对筛选后的数量性状进行分级,可分为3~9级.
Screening and Grading of DUS Test Traits in Panax quinquefolius L.
To identify traits and classification methods suitable for DUS(Distinctness,Uniformity,and Stability)testing of Panax quinquefolius L.in China,51 Panax quinquefolius L.germplasm re-sources were used as research materials,34 traits were screened by phenotypic observation and statis-tical analysis,and the quantitative traits after screening were graded.Through variation analysis,nor-mality test and correlation analysis,a total of 26 traits were screened for DUS test,including 7 quali-ty traits,2 pseudo-qualitative traits and 17 quantitative traits,and 6 grouped traits were selected by principal component analysis.The quantitative traits were classified by least significant difference(LSD)classification,which could be divided into 3 to 9 grades.
