107份青海高原耐盐碱蚕豆种质筛选及评价

为了鉴定耐盐碱性优良的蚕豆资源,本研究对种植于盐碱土地的蚕豆进行全生育期自然盐碱胁迫处理,测定蚕豆的鲜荚长、株高、粒长、粒宽、粒厚和单株产量等6个指标;采用遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对107份蚕豆材料进行耐盐碱性鉴定与综合评价,筛选适宜青海盐碱地区种植的蚕豆种质.结果表明,盐碱胁迫下,蚕豆种质各指标相互之间均存在一定程度的关联.本试验提取到2个主成分,累积方差贡献率达到了 70.716%,可有效反映参试材料6个指标的大部分信息,显示盐碱胁迫下蚕豆全生育期的抗盐碱特性.基于D值的聚类分析将参试材料划分为五大类群:第Ⅰ类为高盐碱耐受材料(1份),第Ⅱ类为盐碱耐受材料(29份),第Ⅲ类为中等盐碱耐受材料(62份),第Ⅳ类为盐碱敏感材料(13份),第V类为盐碱极度敏感材料(2份).
Screening and Evaluation of 107 Salt-alkali Tolerant Vicia faba Germplasms from the Qinghai Plateau
In order to identify the Vicia faba germplasms with good saline-alkali tolerance,the Vicia faba was planted in saline-alkali soil and treated with natural salt and alkali stress during the whole growth period,and 6 indexes such as fresh pod length,plant height,grain length,grain width,grain thickness and yield per plant were measured.The salt-alkali tolerance of 107 Vicia faba materials was evaluated by principal compo-nent analysis and other methods,and the germplasm suitable for planting in saline area of Qinghai Province was selected.The results showed that all the indexes of Vicia faba germplasms were correlated to some extent under saline-alkali stress.In this experiment,two principal components were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 70.716%,which could effectively reflect most of the information of the six indexes of the tested materials,indicating the saline-alkali resistance characteristics of Vicia faba during the whole growth period under salt and alkali stress.Based on the D-value cluster analysis,the tested materials were divided into five groups:Group Ⅰ including 1 part of high saline-alkali tolerance materials,Group Ⅱincluding 29 parts of saline-alkali tolerance materials,Group Ⅲ including 62 parts of medium saline-alkali tolerance materials,Group Ⅳ including 13 parts of saline-alkali sensitive materials and Group V including 2 parts of extremely saline-alkali sensitive materials.
