摘要

为系统了解生姜新品种荆姜1号的倍性、生育期、产量、品质和抗病虫性等特征,通过实验室染色体观察、田间生产试验、抗性监测、营养成分测定等方法开展研究.结果表明,荆姜1号品种为二倍体(2n=2x=22),生育期192 d,叶色深绿,植株生长健壮,适收期平均株高102.67 cm,平均分枝数26.10个,平均地上茎粗1.38 cm.高抗姜瘟病,对蚜虫和害螨均有非选择抗性,抗旱性强,耐涝性较强.其根茎肥大,每株根茎鲜质量1 241.1 g,锌含量4.89 mg/kg,硒含量0.001 5 mg/kg,粗纤维含量0.91%、可溶性蛋白质含量1.31 g/100g,维生素C含量8.61 mg/100 g,可溶性糖含量为0.83%,姜辣素含量1.69%,辛辣味适中.生产试验结果表明,平均产量达3 609.1 kg/667 m2,该品种适宜长江流域生姜产区栽培.

Abstract

In order to systematically understand the characteristics of ploidy,growth period,yield,quality and resistance to pests and diseases of Jingjiang No.1,the methods of chromosome observation in laboratory,field production experiment,resistance monitoring and nutrient composition determina-tion were carried out.The results showed that Jingjiang No.1 was a new Zingiber officinale variety with diploid(2n=2x=22),the growth period was 192 days,the leaf color was dark green,the plant grew strongly,the average plant height was 102.67 cm,the average branch number was 26.10,and the average stem diameter was 1.38 cm.High resistance to ginger blast,non-selective resistance to aphids and mites,strong drought resistance,strong waterlogging-tolerance.The rhizomes were hypertrophic,with fresh weight of 1 241.1 g per rhizomes,zinc content 4.89 mg/kg,selenium content 0.001 5 mg/kg,crude fiber content 0.91%,soluble protein content 1.31 g/100 g,vitamin C content 8.61 mg/100 g,soluble sugar content 0.83%.The content of gingerol was 1.69%,and the spicy taste was moderate.The production test results showed that the average yield was 3 609.1 kg/667 m2.This variety was suitable for Zingiber officinale growing areas in the Yangtze River basin.
