黄花角蒿种子质量分级标准研究

以西北地区(甘肃、青海、宁夏、陕西)不同产地的20份黄花角蒿种子为试验材料,依据中药材种子检验规程对不同产地的黄花角蒿种子进行形态特征描述,对种子长度、宽度、厚度、含水量、千粒重、生活力、发芽率等指标进行测定.采用相关性分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析对各项指标数据进行分析,并结合生产实践,初步制定黄花角蒿种子的质量分级标准.结果表明,黄花角蒿种子质量等级可划分为三个等级,Ⅰ级种子:千粒重≥0.40 g、生活力≥84%、发芽率≥84%;Ⅱ级种子:千粒重>0.34 g~<0.40 g、生活力>55%~<84%、发芽率>60%~<84%;Ⅲ级种子:千粒重≤0.34 g、生活力≤55%、发芽率≤60%.黄花角蒿种子千粒重、生活力和发芽率可作为黄花角蒿种子质量分级的主要指标.
Research on the Quality Classification Standard of Incarvillea sinensis var.przewalskii Seeds
Using 20 seeds from different producing areas of Northwest China(Gansu,Qinghai,Ningx-ia and Shaanxi)as experimental materials,the morphological characteristics of the Incarvillea sinen-sis var.przewalski seeds were described according to the Chinese herbal medicine seed inspection rules,and the seed length,width,thickness,water content,1 000-grain weight,viability and germi-nation rate were measured.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze each index data,and combined with the production practice,the quality classifi-cation standard of Incarvillea sinensis var.przewalskii seed was preliminarily established.The seed quality grade of Incarvillea sinensis var.przewalskii could be divided into three grades,among which Gradel seeds:1 000-grain weight ≥0.40 g,viability ≥84%,germination rate ≥84%;Grade Ⅱseeds:1 000-grain weight from 0.34 g to 0.40 g,viability from 55%to 84%,germination rate from 60%to 84%;Grade Ⅲ seeds:1 000-grain weight ≤0.34 g,viability ≤55%,germination rate 60%.The 1 000-grain weight,viability and germination rate of Incarvillea sinensis var.przewalskii seeds could be used as the main indexes for seed quality classification.
