为探究甘蓝型油菜品种种子萌发期耐盐性的综合评价方法,本研究用浓度为250 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对30个甘蓝型油菜品种种子进行胁迫并测定其8个耐盐指标,采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法进行综合评价.结果表明,不同品种的油菜种子在萌发期受到盐胁迫后,其萌发和生长均受到不同程度的抑制;主成分分析将8个耐盐指标转化为2个综合指标,累积贡献率达88.12%;聚类分析将30个甘蓝型油菜品种分为五类,其中高耐盐品种1个,耐盐品种6个,中耐盐品种9个,盐敏感品种10个,盐高敏感品种4个;建立了甘蓝型油菜萌发期耐盐性综合评价预测模型.
Comprehensive Evaluation on Salt Tolerance of Brassica napus Varieties at Germination Stage
In order to explore a comprehensive evaluation method for salt tolerance of Brassica napus seeds during germination,this study stressed 30 Brassica napus seeds at germination stage with 250 mmol/L NaCl solution and determined 8 salt tolerance indexes.Correlation analysis,principal compo-nent analysis and cluster analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the germination and growth of different varieties of Brassica napus were inhibited by salt stress at germination stage.Principal component analysis converted 8 salt tolerance indexes into 2 comprehen-sive indexes,and the cumulative contribution rate was 88.12%.The 30 Brassica napus varieties were divided into five categories by cluster analysis,among which 1 was high salt-tolerant,6 salt-tolerant,9 medium salt-tolerant,10 salt-sensitive and 4 salt-sensitive.The prediction model of salt tolerance of Brassica napus during germination was established.
