Comparison of Changes in Endogenous Hormones and Mineral Elements between Embryo Abortion of Prunus pseudoceresrs'Manaohong'and Normal Fruits
In order to study whether the abortive fruit of Prunus pseudoceresrs'Manaohong'can normally expand fruit,the endogenous hormones(GA3,IAA,ABA,ZT)and mineral elements in the fruit pulp of Prunus pseudoceresrs'Manaohong'were determined by variance analysis and correla-tion analysis.The results showed that the contents of endogenous hormones in fruit pulp,the total polyamine content,the ratio between growth promoting hormones and growth inhibiting hormones played an important role in normal fruit setting and normal growth and expansion,but had little relationship with the content of mineral elements in fruit pulp.There was no correlation between endogenous hormones and mineral elements,most of the mineral elements had a very significant or significant positive correlation,total polyamines and other indicators had no significant or significant correlation.
