摘要

为了研究油松种子在微波处理下种子活力和生理特征的变化规律,本实验通过人工老化的方法,筛选出具有活力梯度的油松种子,在此基础上对油松种子进行不同功率和时间的微波处理,并测定微波处理后种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等发芽指标,同时测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,运用隶属函数法对不同组合的微波处理进行综合评价.结果表明,适宜的微波处理能够缩短油松种子的发芽进程;随着微波处理功率与时间的增加,中、低活力油松种子的发芽能力和生理状况呈先升高后降低的趋势,且最佳的微波处理组合为:功率300 W、处理时间40 s,该处理显著提高了不同活力的油松种子的发芽指标和生理指标.

Abstract

In order to study the changes of seed vitality and physiological characteristics of Pinus tabu-laeformis Carr.seeds under microwave treatment,the seeds with vitality gradient were selected by artificial aging method.On this basis,the seeds were treated with microwave for different power and time,and germination indexes such as germination rate,germination potential and germination index were measured after microwave treatment.Meanwhile,malonaldehyde(MDA),soluble protein(SP),activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)were evaluated by membership function analysis.The results showed that suitable microwave treatment could shorten the germina-tion process of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.seeds.With the increase of microwave treatment power and time,the germination ability and physiological status of medium and low vitality seeds firstly increased and then decreased,and the best microwave treatment combination was 300 W power and 40 s,which significantly improved the germination index and physiological index of different vitality seeds.
