25份小黑麦种质资源苗期耐碱性评价与筛选

本试验以25份小黑麦种质资源为材料,采用随机区组设计,用不同浓度(0、100 mmol/L、200 mmol/L)的NaHCO3对其进行碱胁迫处理,测定不同小黑麦种质资源在胁迫14 d时的相对叶绿素含量、氮含量、叶绿素荧光值、株高和黄叶率,并利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对其耐碱性进行综合评价.结果表明,25份小黑麦在不同浓度NaHCO3胁迫下的生长性状受到不同程度的影响,随着NaHCO3浓度的升高,小黑麦幼苗相对叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光值及氮含量均呈显著下降趋势,株高呈先升后降的趋势.不同种质资源各指标间差异显著,根据隶属函数值综合分析筛选出2份耐碱种质资源(20区-JS894和61区-JS890),2份碱敏感种质资源(83区-JS957和85区-JS959).
Evaluation and Screening of Alkaline Tolerance of 25 Triticale Germplasm Resources at the Seedling Stage
In this study,25 triticale germplasm resources were used as materials in a random block design,treated with different concentrations of NaHCO3(0,100,200 mmol/L)under alkaline stress,and the relative chlorophyll content,nitrogen content,chlorophyll fluorescence value,plant height and yellow leaf rate of different triticale germplasm resources at 14 days of stress were determined.The alkali tolerance was evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method.The results showed that the growth traits of 25 triticale seedlings were affected to different degrees under different concentrations of NaHCO3 stress.With the increase of NaHCO3 concentration,the relative chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence value and nitrogen content of triticale seedlings showed a significant decrease trend,and the plant height showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.There were significant differences between indics of different germplasm resources,and two alkali-tolerant germplasm resources(20 district-JS894 and 61 district-JS890)were selected by comprehensive analysis of membership function values.Two alkali-sensitive germplasm resources(83 district-JS957 and 85 district-JS959).
