Evaluation and Screening of Alkaline Tolerance of 25 Triticale Germplasm Resources at the Seedling Stage
In this study,25 triticale germplasm resources were used as materials in a random block design, treated with different concentrations of NaHCO3(0,100,200 mmol/L)under alkaline stress, and the relative chlorophyll content, nitrogen content, chlorophyll fluorescence value, plant height and yellow leaf rate of different triticale germplasm resources at 14 days of stress were determined. The alkali tolerance was evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function method. The results showed that the growth traits of 25 triticale seedlings were affected to different degrees under different concentrations of NaHCO3 stress. With the increase of NaHCO3 concentration, the relative chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence value and nitrogen content of triticale seedlings showed a significant decrease trend, and the plant height showed a trend of first increase and then decrease. There were significant differences between indics of different germplasm resources, and two alkali-tolerant germplasm resources(20 district-JS894 and 61 district-JS890)were selected by comprehensive analysis of membership function values. Two alkali-sensitive germplasm resources(83 district-JS957 and 85 district-JS959).
