新选玉米自交系的配合力及遗传参数分析

以11份新选育玉米自交系和8份已保护自交系为试材,按照不完全双列杂交(NC Ⅱ)试验设计组配88个杂交组合,对其形态、穗部性状和产量进行配合力及遗传参数分析.结果表明,自交系ZF03、ZF06、ZF10、ZF11、ZM03、ZM06、ZM07和ZM08的一般配合力综合表现优良,具有较高的利用价值;组合ZF05 × ZM02、ZF09 × ZM02和ZF07× ZM08特殊配合力和总配合力综合表现优良,具有较高的应用潜力.各性状遗传参数分析表明,株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖、穗粗、轴粗和穗行数,主要受加性效应影响,能够稳定遗传给后代;株高和百粒重性状改良应注重低世代选择,行粒数、秃尖和穗行数性状改良可在高世代进行选择.
Analysis on Combining Ability and Genetic Parameters of Newly Selected Maize Inbred Lines
Using 11 newly bred maize(Zea mays L.)inbred lines and 8 protected inbred lines as test materials,88 hybrid combinations were designed according to incomplete diallel cross(NC-Ⅱ)exper-iment,and their morphology,ear characters and yield were analyzed by combining ability and genetic parameters.The results showed that the general combining ability of inbred lines ZF03,ZF06,ZF10,ZF11,ZM03,ZM06,ZM07 and ZM08 was excellent and had high utilization value.The combination ZF05×ZM02,ZF09×ZM02 and ZF07×ZM08 showed excellent combined ability and total combining ability,and had high application potential.The genetic parameters of each trait showed that plant height,ear height,ear length,bald tip length,ear diameter,axis diameter and row number of ear were mainly affected by additive effect,and could be stably inherited to offspring.The improvement of plant height and 100-grain weight should focus on the selection of low generation,and the improve-ment of row number,bald tip length and panicle number could be selected in high generation.
