毕节地区不同紫花苜蓿品种适应性评价与筛选

摘要
牧草的区域适应性研究有利于促进畜牧业的可持续发展.本试验在贵州省威宁高原草地试验站塔山基地,对'角斗士''WL-525HQ''维多利亚''巨能801''迪特''皇冠'等6个紫花苜蓿品种进行适应性研究,测定产量和各项形态学指标,并采用模糊隶属函数法进行综合评价,旨在筛选适宜毕节地区推广种植的紫花苜蓿品种.结果表明,'角斗士'的株高和主茎长均高于其余5个紫花苜蓿品种;'维多利亚'和'角斗士'具有较高的年干草产量,分别达2 064.47、1 354.62 g/m2.'维多利亚'的干鲜比、'角斗士'的茎叶比均高于其他紫花苜蓿品种;'角斗士'的茎粗高于其他紫花苜蓿品种;'维多利亚'和'皇冠'在第一茬时节间数最多,为16节,在第三茬时分枝数最多,分别为25枝、23枝.利用模糊隶属函数均值法对6个紫花苜蓿品种进行综合评价,排序依次为:'维多利亚'>'角斗士'>'皇冠'>'WL-525HQ'>'迪特'>'巨能801'.研究表明,'维多利亚'和'角斗士'在贵州毕节地区具有较强的适应性,推广利用价值较大.
Abstract
The study of regional adaptability of forage is conducive to the sustainable development of animal husbandry.In this experiment,six Medicago sativa varieties,including Colosse,WL-525HQ,Victoria,Juneng801,Dieter and Phaclulous,were studied in Tashan Base of Wening Plateau Grass-land Experimental Station in Guizhou Province.The yield and morphological indexes were measured,and the fuzzy membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation,aiming at screen-ing Medicago sativa varieties suitable for planting in Bijie area.The results showed that the plant height and main stem length of Colosse were higher than those of other 5 Medicago sativa varieties.Victoria and Colosse had high annual hay yields of 2 064.47 g/m2 and 1 354.62 g/m2,respectively.The dry-fresh ratio of Victoria and the stem-leaf ratio of Colosse were higher than other Medicago sativa varieties.The stem size of Colosse was higher than other Medicago sativa varieties.Victoria and Pha-clulous had the largest number of branches in the first crop with 16 branches,and the largest number of branches in the third crop with 25 and 23 branches respectively.Six Medicago sativa varieties were evaluated by means of fuzzy membership function,and the order was:Victoria>Colosse>Phiaclulous>WL-525HQ>Dieter>Juneng801.Victoria and Colosse had strong adaptability in Bijie area of Guizhou Province and had great value in popularization and utilization.
