表型性状与分子标记在大麦DUS测试中的应用研究

为了探讨DUS表型性状和SSR分子标记2种方式在大麦DUS测试中的应用,以31份大麦品种为材料,基于大麦DUS测试指南中的表型性状与分子标记进行分析.结果表明,分子检测将31份大麦品种分为34对相互近似的品种组合;聚类分析表明,31份大麦品种可以分为两大类;随着分子检测差异位点数的增多,DUS测试差异性状数量也增多;同一品种不同年份间代码可能会出现不同,每个品种平均差异性状数量为2.5个,主要集中在QN性状;对于有关花青甙显色有无及强弱的性状,不同重复或不同年份之间的代码可能会出现差异.
The Applied on Phenotypic Traits and Molecular Markers in DUS Testing of Hordeum vulgare
In order to explore the application of two methods,namely DUS phenotypic traits and SSR molecu-lar markers,in the DUS test of Hordeum vulgare,31 Hordeum vulgare varieties were used as materials and analyzed based on the phenotypic traits and molecular markers in the DUS test guidelines of Hordeum vul-gare.The results showed that molecular detection divided 31 Hordeum vulgare varieties into 34 pairs of simi-lar variety combinations.Cluster analysis indicated that the 31 Hordeum vulgare varieties could be divided in-to two major categories;With the increase in the number of differentially expressed sites in molecular detec-tion,the number of differentially expressed traits tested by DUS also increased.The codes of the same variety could vary from year to year.The average number of differential traits for each variety was 2.5,mainly con-centrated on the QN trait.The codes for the presence or absence and intensity of anthocyanin coloration could vary among different replicates or different years.
