Research on High-Quality Development Effects in Digital Economy Empowering Areas
The digital economy has gradually become a new momentum to promote high-quality development.The article is based on 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province 2011-2021 city-level panel data.On the basis of combining new development concepts,empirical research has studied the effect of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the region.Northern Anhui enjoys high digital level with low economic develop-ment level,while southern Anhui enjoys high economic development level with low digital level,and Hefei bears coordinated development.The development of the digital economy has significantly promoted the high-quality de-velopment of the region,which means that the digital economy is to achieve high high one of the important means of achieving high-quality development.In the sub-regional research,the development of the digital economy can still significantly promote the high-quality development of the region,but the significant reduction and its effects in different areas are different.Finally,policy recommendations for high-quality development are put forward from the perspective of the development of the digital economy and regional differentiated development.
