The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has emphasized the significance of en-hancing the resilience and security levels of industrial and supply chains against the backdrop of the rapidly chan-ging global economic landscape.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current status and challenges of financial support in the construction and resilience development of the supply chain in Henan Province.It then highlights the cooper-ation and synergy between the government and financial institutions under the government's policy support and reg-ulatory framework will be a key factor for financial innovation to promote supply chain construction and resilience in Henan Province.Lastly,the paper explores the potential of financial innovation in establishing a foundation for eco-nomic growth and sustainable development.Overall,this paper aims to provide valuable insights for Henan Prov-ince in the domains of financial innovation and the resilient development of the supply chain.
