With the accelerated development of globalization, talents in the field of news and communication increasingly require strong cross-cultural communication and adaptation abilities to tackle the challenges posed by diverse cultural backgrounds.Based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory, this paper explores the adaptation strategies of Chinese international communication talents in cross-cultural environments.By analyzing cultural di-mensions such as individualism vs.collectivism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity vs.feminini-ty,long-term orientation vs.short-term orientation,it reveals the challenges that international communication talents may face when working in different cultural contexts.Effective cross-cultural adaptation strategies are pro-posed to enhance the cross-cultural work efficiency of international communication talents and to promote cultural integration.Additionally, this paper provides references for education and training in relevant fields, aiming to sup-port the theoretical foundation for cultivating news and communication professionals with cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
