Education is a priority for the nation and for the Party.Promoting the high-quality development of university inspection and oversight work is an important guarantee for strengthening the Party's comprehensive lead-ership over universities and promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and nurturing talents.Introducing systematic thinking into the construction of the mechanism for linking upward and downward co-ordination in university inspection and oversight is conducive to overall planning and integrated promotion of univer-sity inspection and oversight work from a holistic governance perspective,and to establish a sound long-term mechanism for university inspection and oversight.
