Accelerating the Practical Path and Future Development of New Quality Productivity
New Quality Productivity describes a new production mode that focuses on productivity enhancement and is promoted through various ways such as technological innovation,organizational innovation and business mod-el innovation.It focuses on the integration and development of new models,new technologies as well as new indus-tries.This study first analyzes the logic of generating new quality productivity from four dimensions:connotation,current situation,challenges and causes.On this basis,it further proposes three key practical paths to promote the development of new quality productivity:scientific and technological support,industrial carrier and talent guaran-tee.Scientific and technological innovation not only improves production efficiency and optimizes processes,but al-so provides a solid technological foundation for the formation of new quality productivity;talent cultivation is the key to promoting the growth of new quality productivity,and sustainable growth can be achieved by cultivating tal-ents with innovative capabilities and interdisciplinary backgrounds;and industrial carriers provide a broad develop-ment platform for the realization of new quality productivity by promoting cross-border cooperation and innovation.
