Analysis of the Internationalization of Engineering Projects along the"The Belt and Road"
Over the past 10 years(2013-2023),China's"The Belt and Road"Initiative has been developed and refined into a four-integrated economic and trade structure of"land,sea,sky and network".After analyzing the layout of this"land,sea,sky and network"economic and trade channels in the"The Belt and Road",Zheng-zhou also moves from the inland to the frontier,and is divided into four silk roads,which are the silk roads of"air,land and sea network"according to the value prioritization method.This paper discussed the internationalization of business environment management and engineering project management along the"The Belt and Road",studies the project internationalization management strategy along the"The Belt and Road",,which comes from the international Federation of Engineers(FIDIC),an international civil organization.The strategy condenses the century-old wisdom of international engineering management and builds a basic international engineering management thought system.
