This paper qualitatively analyzes the development status and trend of logistics industry in Henan Province,further analyzes the training needs of logistics management talents in Henan Province based on the"14th Five-Year Plan"of modern logistics industry development planning,and puts forward the talent training mode in-tegrating ideological and political education with professional education,industrial development and professional ed-ucation.According to the research,logistics management personnel training should focus on meeting the needs of high-level logistics management personnel training and the needs of the industry development on the knowledge and ability of logistics management professionals.In the training path,we can consider adopting whole-staff,whole-process and whole-course ideological and political education,filling the strength of practical teaching teachers,constructing practical teaching entity platform,strengthening the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,innovating talent training mode,etc.
