摘要
随着数字经济的不断发展,数据作为新型生产要素,已成为推动社会进步和经济增长的重要动力.数据经纪人作为连接数据供给方和需求方的桥梁,对于促进数据要素的流通具有重要作用.文章通过剖析数据流通面临的挑战,探讨数据经纪人如何通过市场的供需机制、价格发现、竞争与合作以及其本身的技术手段来解决数据流通中的困难,结合数据经纪人推动数据流通的作用机制,提出数据经纪人可从"助力数据可用共享""推动数据交易入表""确保数据真实完整"三个方面来推动数据安全、高效和诚信流通.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the digital economy,data,as a new factor of production,has become an important driving force for social progress and economic growth.As a bridge connecting data suppliers and demanders,data brokers play an important role in promoting the circulation of data.By analyzing the challen-ges faced by data circulation,this paper discusses how data brokers solve the difficulties in data circulation through market supply and demand mechanism,price discovery,competition and cooperation,and their own technical means.Combined with the mechanism of data brokers to promote data circulation,this paper puts forward that data brokers can promote data security,efficient and credible circulation from three aspects:"helping data to be shared","promoting data to be easily entered into tables",and"ensuring data to be true and complete".
