党的二十大报告把教育、科技和人才作为社会主义现代化建设的基础性、战略性支撑一体部署,深刻表明教育、科技、人才一体化统筹推进具有明显的内在一致性逻辑.从生成逻辑看,教育、科技、人才一体化的提出不仅是应对世界百年未有之大变局的战略抉择,而且是推动国家现代化发展的内在要求.目前三者一体化推进遇到一些困境,需要通过完善科技教育人才一体化体制机制、建设高质量教育体系、加强政策支持与引导、培养高质量科技教育人才来解决.
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards education,sci-ence and technology,and talent as fundamental and strategic support for socialist modernization,which deeply demonstrates the obvious inherent logical consistency in the integrated promotion of education,science and technol-ogy,and talent.From the perspective of generative logic,the integration of education,technology,and talent is not only a strategic respond to the unprecedented changes in the world,but also an inherent requirement for promo-ting the modernization and development of the country.At present,the integration of the three has encountered some difficulties,which need to be solved by improving the system and mechanism of integrating science and tech-nology education talents,building a high-quality education system,strengthening policy support and guidance,and cultivating high-quality science and technology education talents.
