科技创新人才培养质量评价指标体系构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Cultivation Quality of Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent

以科学性、可行性、全面性和导向性为基本原则,通过文献分析和德尔菲法构建了包括科技素养、创新素养、理论素养、实践素养和学术素养在内的 5 个一级指标和 20 个二级指标的科技创新人才培养质量评价指标体系,不仅符合人才培养目标定位,为科技创新人才培养提供新的理论视角,而且为科技创新人才培养质量提供合理化测评.
This study uses literature review and two rounds of Delphi method to construct a quality evaluation index system for scientific and technological innovation talents,including 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,including scientific and technological literacy,innovation literacy,theoretical literacy,practical literacy and academic literacy.It not only conforms to the target orientation of talent training,provides a new theo-retical perspective for the training of scientific and technological innovation talents,but also provides a rational e-valuation for the quality of scientific and technological innovation talents training.
