肠系膜脂膜炎与恶性肿瘤的相关性研究

摘要
目的 探讨肠系膜脂膜炎(MP)伴发恶性肿瘤的相关因素.方法 回顾性分析 2017年1月至2022年6月陆军第八十一集团军医院收治的142例MP患者资料,分成伴发恶性肿瘤组(40例)和未伴发恶性肿瘤组(102 例),采用Logistic回归分析MP伴发恶性肿瘤的危险因素.结果 40例MP患者伴发恶性肿瘤,其中淋巴瘤(10 例)最常见.伴发恶性肿瘤组的患者假包膜征、年龄及肿块内淋巴结长径、短径明显高于未伴发恶性肿瘤组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.968,t=4.755、2.624、4.369,P=0.026、<0.001、0.010、<0.001),两组患者的性别、脂肪环征、肿块CT值及肿块长径、短径差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.327、0.015,t=0.970、1.808、0.268,P=0.567、0.904、0.334、0.073、0.790).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、肿块内淋巴结长径、短径差异具有统计学意义(OR=1.077、0.194、7.657,P=0.001、<0.001、<0.001).结论 MP患者的年龄和肿块内淋巴结大小是发生恶性肿瘤的重要危险因素.
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between mesenteric panniculitis(MP)and malignancies.Methods 142 MP patients from January 2017 to June 2022 in the 81st Group Army Hospital of PLA were divided into two groups:concurrent malignancies group(40 cases)and without concurrent malignancies group(102 cases).The risk factors of tumors in patients with MP were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results 40 patients with MP were complicated with concurrent malignancies,and lymphoma was the most common.The pseudocapsule sign,age and the long diameter,short diameter of lymph nodes with concurrent malignancies group were significantly higher than without concurrent malignancies group(χ2=4.968,t=4.755,2.624,4.369;P=0.026,<0.001,0.010,<0.001),but there were no significant differences in sex,fat ring sign,the CT value and maximum and minimum diameter of the mass between the two groups(χ2=0.327,0.015,t=0.970,1.808,0.268;P=0.567,0.904,0.334,0.073,0.790).Multivariate binary Logistic regressions showed that age and the long diameter,short diameter of lymph nodes were statistically significant(OR=1.077,0.194,7.657;P=0.001,<0.001,<0.001).Conclusion The size of lymph nodes and age are the risk factors of MP complicated with malignancies.
