电子烟吸烟史采集与依赖评估方法现状及全面采集吸烟史的建议

摘要
电子烟是新型烟草制品,其危害和成瘾性不容忽视.吸烟史采集作为一项首诊初评技能,其全面采集有助于包括电子烟吸烟史在内的临床信息采集的标准化,从而帮助医生为患者制定更精准有效的控烟治疗方案.文章阐述了电子烟的流行情况、吸烟史采集及依赖评估方法现状,并提出适合我国环境的、全面的吸烟史采集建议,包括知晓电子烟参数、避免漏采、采用全方位的采集方法及按问题建议询问等,以期为临床医生更科学、系统地采集吸烟史提供参考.
Abstract
Electronic cigarettes are a new type of tobacco products,the harm and addiction of which cannot be ignored.The comprehensive smoking history taking,including electronic cigarette use,is a primary evaluation skill for the clinical encounter and is conducive to developing a precise smoking quiting plan.This article expounds the prevalence of electronic cigarette use,the status quo on methods of history taking and dependence assessment for electronic cigarette use;and put forward suggestions of comprehensive history taking in the context of domestic market environment,including electronic cigarette parameters,avoiding information missing,adopting comprehensive methods and targeted counseling,in order to provide a reference for clinical smoking history taking.
