摘要
目的 探讨血管内介入栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤破裂的效果.方法 选取我院2021年4月至2023年4月收治的脑动脉瘤破裂患者78例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=39)、对照组(n=39).对照组予以开颅夹闭手术治疗,研究组采用经血管内介入栓塞治疗,统计比较两组围术期指标、并发症发生率及治疗前后血清肽素(CPP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白介素-6(IL-6)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)水平.结果 研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d,研究组血清IL-6、CPP、Caspase-3水平较对照组低,血清SOD水平较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%(P<0.05).结论 经血管内介入栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤破裂患者效果显著,可调节血清CPP、IL-6、SOD、Caspase-3表达水平,安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of intravascular interventional embolization in the treatment of ruptured cerebral aneurysms.Methods Seventy-eight patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=39)and a control group(n=39).The control group was treated with craniotomy with clamps in the surgery,while the study group was given intravascular interventional embolization.Perioperative indexes,incidence rates of complications,both preoperative and postoperative expression levels of serum peptide(CPP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin-6(IL-6)and cysteine protease-3(Caspase-3)were statistically compared between these two groups.Results The blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the operating time as well as the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Seven days after the treatment,serum levels of IL-6,CPP and Caspase-3 in the study group were downregulated compared with those in the control group,while serum level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Incidence rates of complications in the study and control group were 5.13%and 20.51%respectively,showing that the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular interventional embolization is remarkably effective in the treatment of patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm as it can regulate expression levels of serum CPP,IL-6,SOD and Caspase-3 with desirable safety.
