摘要
目的 总结神经内镜在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的相关经验.方法 通过神经内镜单侧入路,治疗1例颅内双侧多发动脉瘤的诊治经过,复习相关文献资料,分析神经内镜在动脉瘤夹闭中应用.结果 本例患者通过神经内镜行单侧开颅夹闭双侧多发动脉瘤,患者恢复良好出院.结论 颅内动脉瘤具有病情急、危、重等特点,通过神经内镜抵近直视、多角度全方位观察,单侧入路解决双侧多发动脉瘤,提高总体救治水平.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience gained from neuroendoscopy during a cerebral aneurysm surgery.Methods One case of bilateral intracranial multiple aneurysms was treated with the neuroendoscopic unilateral approach.The process of diagnosis and treatment was reviewed while the applications of neuroendoscopy in clipping aneurysms were analyzed.Results The patient underwent neuroendoscopic unilateral craniotomy to clip bilateral multiple aneurysms.She recovered well and was discharged.Conclusion Cerebral aneurysms are typically acute,critical and severe.Through neuroendoscopy,direct vision and multi-angle and omni-directional observation,the unilateral approach can remove bilateral multiple aneurysms and improve the overall level of treatment.
