提高神经外科专培医师手术基本功的教学探讨

摘要
神经外科专科医师规范化培训(简称"专培")是毕业后教育的重要组成部分,旨在培养可独立诊治神经外科疾病的专科医师.为提高专培医师的手术基本功,郑大一附院神经外科专培基地精心设置培训课程,注重显微神经解剖训练,加强手术全程带教,全方位提升专培医师的手术操作技能.专培医师在临床与手术实践中不断总结经验,由量变产生质变,手术基本功不断提升,最终成为一名合格的、优秀的神经外科专科医师.
Abstract
Standardized training for neurosurgery specialists(known as specialist training)is an essential component of post-graduation education for the surgery students,aiming to cultivate specialists capable of independently diagnosing and treating neurological disorders.To comprehensively enhance the basic surgical skills of the specialist trainees,the Neurosurgery Specialist Training Base at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University has meticulously designed training courses,emphasizing micro-neurosurgical anatomy training and strengthening hands-on teaching throughout the surgical process.Through these efforts,trainees are expected to continually accumulate experience through clinical and surgical practices,evolving from quantitative changes to qualitative improvements,and their fundamental surgical skills are expected to be progressively enhanced,eventually transforming them into qualified neurosurgery specialists.
