内镜下自体筋膜悬吊血管技术在三叉神经痛微血管减压术中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨内镜下自体筋膜悬吊血管技术在三叉神经痛微血管减压术中的应用.方法 回顾总结2021年6月至2022年6月,我院进行的三叉神经微血管减压术89例,其中21例使用自体筋膜悬吊血管技术行微血管减压术,分析自体筋膜悬吊血管技术的手术效果.结果 内镜下自体筋膜悬吊的微血管减压术治疗,该方法手术有效性为100%,术后治疗率为100%,术后随访患者0.5-1年,术后零复发.结论 在三叉神经痛的微血管减压术治疗中,内镜下自体筋膜悬吊责任血管技术能减少术后异物反应,手术在内镜下抵近观察,多角度观察三叉神经全程,悬吊血管后能够实现三叉神经的全程彻底减压、临床治愈,有效防止术后复发,是一种安全、有效、实用的技术.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of endoscopic fascia suspension technique in trigeminal neuralgia microvascular decompression.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,eighty-nine cases of trigeminal neuralgia microvascular decompression received surgical operations.Among them,21 cases were treated by microvascular decompression using autologous fascia suspension technique in order to analyze the surgical effectiveness of the autologous fascia suspension technique.Results The effectiveness of microvascular decompression with autologous fascia suspension was 100%,and the postoperative treatment rate was 100%,with no recurrence after operation.Conclusion With microvascular decompression of the trigeminal neuralgia,the technique of endoscopic fascia suspension of the responsible blood vessel can reduce the postoperative foreign body reaction,and it is a safe,effective and practical method to observe the whole course of trigeminal nerve from multiple angles,which can completely decompress the whole course of trigeminal nerve and prevent recurrence after operation.
