微血管减压术治疗典型和非典型三叉神经痛患者的不同疗效分析

摘要
目的 运用meta分析对比典型和非典型三叉神经痛患者行微血管减压术后的治疗效果.方法 检索数据库,对纳入研究进行质量评价,用Review Manage对2种分型患者的术后疗效予以分析.结果 典型三叉神经痛患者术后疼痛即刻缓解率、术后5年疼痛缓解率及治愈率更高,非典型患者术后复发率更高.结论 微血管减压术后,典型患者更容易获得疼痛的缓解.
Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of microvascular decompression in patients with typical and atypical trigeminal neuralgia.Methods The database was retrieved,and the quality of the included studies was evaluated.The postoperative efficacy of the two types of patients was analyzed by Review Manage.Results The immediate pain relief rate,5-year pain relief rate and cure rate of patients with typical trigeminal neuralgia were higher,and the recurrence rate of patients with atypical trigeminal neuralgia was higher.Conclusion After microvascular decompression,patients with typical trigeminal neuralgia are more likely to obtain pain relief.
