后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍症状管理护士知信行问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘要
目的 编制后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍症状管理护士知信行问卷,并检验其信效度.方法 以"知-信-行"理论为框架,通过小组讨论、文献回顾、Delphi专家函询和预调查,形成初始调查问卷.采用目的抽样法,于2023年10月至2024年1月对贵州省二级甲等及以上医院符合纳入条件的神经外科护士进行调查,共收集430份有效作答问卷,回收率为98.17%.结果 后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍症状管理护士知信行问卷共34个条目,包含知识、态度和行为3个维度.问卷的Cronbach's α系数为0.957,折半信度为0.781,重测信度为0.899,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.933-1.000,问卷水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.998,探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.09%.结论 后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍症状管理护士知信行问卷具备良好的信效度,能够反映临床神经外科护士对后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍的知信行水平,可为护理管理者和教育工作者开展实践培训或构建后颅窝肿瘤患者吞咽障碍临床护理方案提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To develop a questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practice of nurses who manage dysphagia patients with posterior fossa tumors,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of"knowledge,attitude and practice",the initial questionnaire was developed through group discussion,literature review,Delphi expert correspondence and pre-investigation.Objective sampling method was used to choose neurosurgical nurses eligible for inclusion from Secondary-level A and above hospitals in Guizhou Province from October 2023 to January 2024 to do the questionnaire.A total of 430 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 98.17%.Results The 34 items in the questionnaire cover all the aspects of knowledge,attitude and practice of the nurses who manage dysphagia patients with posterior fossa tumors.Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability coefficient and retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire were 0.957,0.781,0.899 respectively,with the content validity index(I-CVI)at the item level being 0.933-1.000,and the content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)at the questionnaire level being 0.998.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.09%.Conclusion The questionnaire shows good reliability and validity,which can reflect the level of knowledge and practice of clinical neurosurgical nurses on dysphagia patients with posterior fossa tumors,and can provide a basis for nursing managers and educators to carry out practical training or construct clinical nursing programs for dysphagia patients with posterior fossa tumors.
