摘要

神经外科手术所面临的颅内及脊髓病变解剖有其特殊性.特别是位于颅内的病变,根据具体位置不同,具有复杂的三维解剖及比邻关系.颅内病变的特点一是具有坚硬的颅骨作为保护,因而需要打开有限的颅骨范围进行手术;二是其手术解剖涉及到颅骨、脑功能区、动静脉、脑深部核团、脑室、神经纤维束等众多的成分.因而,如何准确地认识并理解这些解剖关系,对于学生而言,一直是个教学难题.为此,数字化多模态融合技术将这些不同成分进行可视化,从而增加了学习的直观性,加速了相关解剖和手术入路的理解和学习.本文介绍神经外科手术的特点,通过若干个典型病变的解剖及手术入路分析,详细说明数字化多模态技术在神经外科教学中的应用.

Abstract

The anatomy of intracranial and spinal cord lesions in neurosurgery is very complicated,especially for intracranial lesions which require complex three-dimensional anatomy and are inter-related to each other.The treatment of intracranial lesions is quite difficult in that there is a hard skull as its protection,which means only a limited range of skull for surgery can be opened.As its surgical anatomy involves numerous components including the skull,brain functional areas,arteries and veins,deep brain nuclei,ventricles,and nerve fiber bundles.it has always been a teaching challenge for students as to how to accurately understand and comprehend these anatomical relations.Therefore,digital multimodal fusion technology visualizes these different components,thereby increasing the intuitiveness of learning and accelerating the understanding and learning of relevant anatomy and surgical approaches.This article introduces the characteristics of neurosurgery,and through the analysis of anatomy and surgical approaches of several typical lesions,elaborates on the application of digital multimodal technology in neurosurgery teaching.
