重视海上落水伤员关键温度点及脑保护策略的研究

摘要
随着我国海事活动日益频繁,海上伤员的救治研究已成为制订海战策略不可或缺的重要组成部分.伤员遭受低温海水的侵袭后,短时间内即会发生体温过低症,除生命体征减弱外,还伴随着多器官的损伤与衰竭,严重威胁伤员的生命安全.因此,针对海上落水伤员的核心温度变化以及相关脑保护策略的探索刻不容缓.本文通过分析关键温度点的发生时间和温度范围,为未来进一步优化复温方案,探索更多可能的脑保护措施提供重要参考.
Abstract
With the increasing frequency of China's maritime activities,the study of the treatment of the drowning victims in the sea has become an important and indispensable part of the formulation of maritime warfare strategy.Being attacked by low-temperature seawater,the victims would experience hypothermia within a short period of time,accompanied by multiple organ damage and failure as well as the weakening of vital signs,thus seriously threatening the life safety.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the critical temperature changes and related brain protection strategies for the drowning victims in the sea.This paper analyses the occurrence time and temperature range of key temperature points to provide important references for further optimizing of the rewarming strategies and exploring of brain protection measures in the future.
