神经外科重症监护室患者的疼痛管理策略与护理实践

摘要
疼痛是神经外科重症监护室(ICU)患者常见的临床症状之一,是手术和疾病过程中不可避免的一部分.本研究主要对神经外科ICU患者的疼痛管理策略与护理实践效果进行探讨.随机选择66例有自主意识和表达能力的患者,分为观察组和对照组,分别给予不同护理.结果显示,观察组患者在疼痛指数、焦虑指数及满意度方面均优于对照组.研究结果表明,科学有效的疼痛管理策略与护理实践能够显著改善神经外科ICU患者的疼痛体验及心理状态,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
As an inevitable part of the surgical and disease process,pain is a common clinical symptom for patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit(ICU).This study mainly explores the pain management strategies and the effects of nursing practices for patients in the neurosurgical ICU.Sixty-six patients with autonomous consciousness and expression ability were randomly selected and divided into observation and control groups to receive different types of nursing care.The results showed that patients in the observation group performed better in pain scores,anxiety levels,and satisfaction compared to the control group.The research findings indicate that scientific and effective pain management strategies and nursing practices can significantly improve the pain experience,psychological state and satisfaction of patients in the neurosurgical ICU.
