经前交通动脉路径行大脑前动脉取栓1例并文献复习

摘要
大脑前动脉闭塞合并同侧颈内动脉慢性闭塞的急性缺血性卒中患者较为少见,开通颈内动脉再行大脑前动脉取栓耗时较长,严重影响患者的救治及预后.宁夏回族自治区人民医院宁南医院卒中中心于2024年1月17日收治1例左侧大脑前动脉急性闭塞合并同侧颈内动脉末端慢性闭塞的病例,造影评估后,通过右侧颈内动脉跨过前交通动脉进行机械取栓治疗,患者预后良好.本文总结该例患者诊治过程的病历资料并结合文献报道进行分析,以期为临床实践提供参考.
Abstract
It's quite rare to have acute ischemic stroke patients with anterior cerebral artery occlusion combined with chronic occlusion of the ipsilateral internal carotid artery.And it takes a much longer time to open the internal carotid artery and then perform the anterior cerebral artery thrombectomy,which seriously affects the treatment and prognosis of patients.On January 17,2024,the Stroke Center of Ningnan Hospital of the People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region admitted a patient with acute occlusion of the left anterior cerebral artery combined with chronic occlusion of the left internal carotid artery.After angiography evaluation,mechanical thrombectomy was performed by crossing the anterior communicating artery on the right internal carotid artery,and the patient's prognosis was good.Due to the difficulty and risk of performing mechanical thrombectomy by crossing the anterior communicating artery,the medical records of this patient's diagnosis and treatment process were summarized in conjunction with literature reports in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
