摘要
脑干出血易突发,进展迅速,病情凶险且致死率极高.随着芯片与人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术的突飞猛进,机器人也逐渐服务于临床.AI作为医疗领域一项极具前景的颠覆性创新技术,为医疗资源的稀缺问题提供了新的技术性赋能.目前研究比较热门的"智能神经外科机器人"为脑干出血患者的手术治疗提供了新的技术性赋能.但其"双刃剑"问题也是显在的,机器人虽可以更精准、精确地辅助实施脑干出血患者手术治疗,但在实际应用中的伦理问题也是不容忽视的,伦理问题已经成为医疗人工智能临床实践与应用所必须克服的主要问题之一.本文旨在对AI技术在脑干出血诊疗中的伦理问题作一综述,期望对临床实施有所帮助.
Abstract
Brain stem hemorrhage is prone to sudden onset,rapid progress and a dangerous and extremely high mortality rate.With the rapid advancement of chips and artificial intelligence(AI)technology,robots are gradually serving clinical applications.As a highly promising innovative technology in the medical field,AI provides new technological empowerment for solving the scarcity of medical resources.The currently popular researches on"intelligent neurosurgical robots"have provided new technological empowerment for surgical treatment of patients with brainstem hemorrhage.But its"double-edged sword"problem is also evident.Although robots can assist the surgical treatment of brainstem hemorrhage patients more accurately and precisely,related ethical issues in the practical applications cannot be ignored.Ethical issues have become one of the main problems that must be overcome in the clinical practice and application of medical artificial intelligence.
