免疫检查点抑制剂在神经胶质瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要
近年来,针对肿瘤微环境免疫成分的新型免疫疗法在肿瘤临床治疗中显示出巨大的前景.免疫检查点蛋白是刺激性或抑制性调节因子,在维持免疫稳态和预防自身免疫发作方面起关键作用.在癌症中,抑制性免疫检查点被激活,促进癌症细胞的免疫逃逸.已有的证据表明免疫检查点抑制对多种癌症的治疗有效,临床前研究证明该疗法可能为胶质瘤的治疗提供新的治疗方案.本综述介绍了极具应用前景的几个明星免疫检查点抑制剂在胶质瘤微环境中的作用及相关临床研究,为基于联合及单独应用免疫检查点抑制剂治疗神经胶质瘤提供理论依据和新的思路.
Abstract
In recent years,novel immunotherapies targeting immune components of the tumor microenvironment have demonstrated great prospect in the clinical management of neoplasms.Immune checkpoint proteins are stimulant or inhibitory regulatory factors that play a key role in maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing the onset of autoimmunity.In cancer,inhibitory immune checkpoints are activated to promote immune escape of cancer cells.Suppression of immune checkpoints is effective in the treatment of a variety of cancers,and preclinical studies have proved that this therapy might provide a brand new therapeutic regimen for the treatment of glioma.This review introduces the function of several immune checkpoints with extremely promising application prospects in the glioma microenvironment and relevant clinical investigations,providing both theoretical ground and noval ideas for the treatment of neuroglioma based on combined as well as single application of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
