摘要
脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最多见且最具致命性的恶性原发肿瘤,传统的治疗方法如手术、放疗和化疗虽然在某种程度上提高了患者的生存率,但对于高级别胶质瘤,尤其是胶质母细胞瘤,这些方法往往效果有限.近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂作为一种创新的治疗手段引起了广泛关注.本综述旨在帮助读者理解免疫检查点抑制剂在胶质瘤治疗中的作用机制与临床应用的最新进展,同时指出当前研究中存在的挑战和未来研究的方向,从而为胶质瘤患者的治疗提供新的思路和策略.
Abstract
Gliomas are the most common and lethal malignant primary tumors of the central nervous system.Although traditional treatment methods such as surgery,radiation therapy,and chemotherapy have improved the survival rate of patients to some extent,their effectiveness is often limited for high-grade gliomas,especially glioblastomas.In recent years,immune checkpoint inhibitors have attracted widespread attention as an innovative treatment approach.This review aims to help readers understand the mechanism of action and the latest advances in clinical applications of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of glioma,while pointing out the challenges in current research and future research directions,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of glioma patients.
