脑卒中是一种高发病率、高致残率、高复发率的脑血管疾病。近年来研究发现，神经细胞死亡的清除过程，即细胞胞葬，在脑卒中的病理过程中起到关键作用。本文现围绕近年关于胞葬与脑卒中的研究进展进行综述，以期为脑卒中后神经保护与修复提供新思路。 Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with high incidence, disability rate, and recurrence. Researches in recent years discover that the clearance of dead cells, efferocytosis, plays a vital role in pathological process of stroke. This article reviews the research progress of relation between efferocytosis and stroke, in order to provide a new perspective for neuroprotective therapies after stroke.
