摘要

椎-基底动脉延长扩张综合征(VBD)是一种罕见且具有挑战性的疾病。VBD主要与酶的作用和血流动力学的改变密切相关,以缺血性脑卒中、神经压迫症状、脑积水等临床症状为主要表现。随着VBD治疗实践以及近年来介入技术及材料的发展,VBD的血管内治疗成为焦点。本文围绕近年来VBD的血管内治疗研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床工作者提供参考。 Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is a rare and challenging disorder. Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is closely related to enzyme action and hemodynamic changes, and is characterized by ischemic stroke, neurological compression symptoms, hydrocephalus, and other clinical symptoms. With development of interventional techniques and materials in recent years, endovascular treatment of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia has become the focus. This article summarizes the current endovascular treatment of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia, aiming to provide references for clinicians.

Abstract

Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is a rare and challenging disorder. Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is closely related to enzyme action and hemodynamic changes, and is characterized by ischemic stroke, neurological compression symptoms, hydrocephalus, and other clinical symptoms. With development of interventional techniques and materials in recent years, endovascular treatment of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia has become the focus. This article summarizes the current endovascular treatment of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia, aiming to provide references for clinicians.
