In burn and scald accidents,hand injury is highly probable and severe.Due to the different distribution of medical resources and different clinical treatment strategies,scar contracture is often associated with the hand after the acute stage,which leading to hand dysfunction or even hand deformity.Therefore,attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of scar contracture deformity after hand burns and scalds.Analyzing the key points of treatment for different stages of hand burns and scalds,will provide reference for clinical workers.
