Hand burns are more common in clinical practice.Scar after wound healing leads to serious impairment of hand function and affects the quality of life of patients.Continuous rehabilitation nursing provides guidance on rehabilitation care for hand burns patients after discharge,in order to improve the appearance and function of hands,and enhance the quality of life.The present situation,contents and follow-up methods of continuous rehabilitation care for adult patients with hand burns were reviewed in this paper.
