摘要

贫铀是铀浓缩加工成核燃料过程中的副产品,既有放射毒性,又有化学毒性.一旦被意外释放到环境中,经呼吸道和消化道进入人体,易蓄积在肾脏等器官中,严重危害人体健康.促排剂是促进铀排出,减轻机体损伤的重要制剂.因此本文从贫铀肾毒性和促排剂的研究进展进行综述,以了解当前研究现状,为深入研究高效的贫铀促排剂提供思路.

Abstract

Depleted uranium is a by-product of uranium enrichment and processing into nuclear fuel,which has both radioactive and chemical toxicity.Once accidentally released into the environment,it enters the human body through the respiratory tract and digestive tract,and is easy to accumulate in the kidneys and other organs,seriously endangering human health.This paper reviews the research progress of depleted uranium nephrotoxicity and decorporation agents,in order to understand the research status of them,and to provide ideas for the further study of efficient uranium excretion enhancers.
