进一步重视多部位毁损性高压电烧伤的治疗

虽然人们对电的安全性已有较多认识,但在我国高压电烧伤事故仍时有发生.鉴于高压电烧伤的发病机制,其有多个入口、出口,往往涉及多个部位,范围广、程度深,呈立体性、毁损性损伤,涉及重要组织及脏器等特征,临床治疗具有挑战性.本文从多部位高压电烧伤的评估与全身治疗、常见的高压电烧伤部位、皮瓣供区的合理选择、多部位电烧伤修复方法的选择、电烧伤截肢原则、毁损性电烧伤创面修复需要加强多学科合作、毁损性电烧伤的功能重建与康复几个方面,较为系统地介绍多部位毁损性高压电烧伤的治疗,以引起大家关注与重视.
Pay more attention to the treatment of multi-site destructive high-voltage electrical burns
Although people have a better understanding of the safety of electricity,high-voltage electrical burns accidents still occur in our country.In view of the pathogenesis of high-voltage electrical burns,there are many entrances and exits,and high-voltage electrical burns often involve many sites,it is challenging in clinical treatment.This article systematically introduces the treatment of multi-site destructive high-voltage electrical burns from the aspects of evaluation and systemic treatment of multi-site electrical burns,common high-voltage electrical burn sites,rational selection of flap donor sites,selection of repair methods for multi-site electrical burns,amputation principles for electrical burns,the need for multidisciplinary cooperation in repairing the destructive electrical burn wounds,functional reconstruction and rehabilitation of destructive electrical burns,in order to attract widespread attention.
