摘要

疼痛性疾病机制复杂,但终究是疼痛感觉神经系统的结构与功能异常.分析、诊断疼痛性疾病的过程就是检查疼痛感觉神经系统损伤和病理改变;治疗疼痛性疾病无疑是纠正疼痛感觉神经系统的结构与功能异常.
