摘要
目的 探索关节镜联合富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效.方法 选取山东第一医科大学第二附属医院足踝外科2022年1月至2023年1月收治的40例足底筋膜炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用微创手术联合PRP治疗,比较术前和术后疼痛情况以及踝关节功能,以此来评价治疗效果.结果 40例患者均接受了治疗,术中、术后均未出现严重不良事件,经过微创手术联合注射富血小板血浆治疗后,患者术后3个月及1年复查美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分、足部功能指数(foot function index,FFI)评分以及视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分较术前均有显著改善(P＜0.05).结论 关节镜手术联合PRP治疗能有效减轻足底筋膜炎患者的疼痛,改善足踝功能,同时具有较高的安全性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ankle arthroscopy combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with plantar fasciitis admitted to Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were treated with minimally invasive surgery combined with PRP and the preoperative and postoperative pain and ankle function were compared to evaluate the treatment effect.Results All 40 patients were treated with no adverse events during and after surgery,and after minimally invasive surgery combined with platelet-rich plasma injection,the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)scale,foot function index(FFI)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)were re-examined in 3 months and 1 year after surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ankle arthroscopic surgery combined with PRP can effectively reduce pain and improve foot and ankle function in patients with plantar fasciitis and has a high safety profile.
