Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing combined with pain intervention on patients with ankle fractures.Methods Sixty patients with ankle fractures admitted to Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases,received pain intervention)and a comfort group(30 cases,received comfortable nursing combined with pain intervention).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance with rehabilitation exercise and satisfaction evaluation of nursing services in the comfort group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the Baird-Jackson score of the comfort group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),while the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),substation automation system(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing combined with pain intervention for postoperative patients with foot and ankle fracture can promote the recovery of ankle joint function,improve sleep quality,relieve negative emotions,and improve patients'compliance and satisfaction with nursing service.
